Multiple thefts, repairmen not available, belligerent manager.

I had my car broken into twice, and my clothes stolen from the laundry room. At the time of all three incidents I contacted the security service that the apartments had contracted with and all three times the security service never arrived to take a report. When I complained to the manager about the security services lack of attention she made excuses and claimed that she had no obligations in the situation.
All-in-all not a pleasant tenant landlord situation.

My daughter and I moved into Audobon Garden Apartments in February 2001 and have lived here with the exception of about 6 months for almost 7 years and have no plans to move. My daughter and I have always felt very safe and have had nothing but a great experience with management. After living here for 1 1/2 years, we decided to move to another apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer & dryer and air conditioning and $300 more per month. There was no place to walk our dogs, never a place to park and we were not happy, so we moved back to Audobon. Over the years, we have had only a few instances that required maintenance. Once was on a Sunday and we had to wait less than 1 hour for maintenance to arrive. The view here is one of the best in Colorado Springs and the grounds are beautiful and never trash anywhere. I have always found the manager to be very helpful and professional. S & C
