The apartments themselves are decent. Not great but ok. Ok for the price. It's nice living on the outside edge. I think if I lived in the middle it would be another story. The thing that sucks about audubon gardens is the staff. The office staff is full of people with plastic smiles, who treat you like a dangerously retarded idiot who must be spoken down to. When overcharged for my water bill, it was explained to me that not enough had been charged from the water company in the 2 months prior and that they had to make up for it. It sounds like their fault, not mine. I asked if i was paying the water bill for people that had moved out in that time. I was ignored. If you need maintainace, don't count on getting it soon. Can't wait to leave.
