My daughter and I moved into Audobon Garden Apartments in February 2001 and have lived here with the exception of about 6 months for almost 7 years and have no plans to move. My daughter and I have always felt very safe and have had nothing but a great experience with management. After living here for 1 1/2 years, we decided to move to another apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer & dryer and air conditioning and $300 more per month. There was no place to walk our dogs, never a place to park and we were not happy, so we moved back to Audobon. Over the years, we have had only a few instances that required maintenance. Once was on a Sunday and we had to wait less than 1 hour for maintenance to arrive. The view here is one of the best in Colorado Springs and the grounds are beautiful and never trash anywhere. I have always found the manager to be very helpful and professional.
