Now, granted, we've only just moved in (March 08), but on first impression, the buildings are older, but well maintained. The staff we've delt with have been professional, courteous, and friendly. For example,the gasket on our toilet was starting to give and leaking around the floor (laminate) and I called the maintenance guy and he came right out immediately and replaced it. No problems at all. The overall appearance is rather park like with kids playing out in the spacious yards during daylight hours, and at night its fairly quiet.

Hmm, other notes: Parking is never a problem as there is plenty of street and off street parking. The doors stick from time to time. The carpet is pretty clean, if not new. Cooking and heating is gas. From my office (2nd floor) I have a superb view of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The bathroom is small, and the toilet paper roll is far enough away that my 4 yr old son can't reach it when he's sitting, so I have to leave a roll on the sink for him. The closets have built in shoe racks on the sides which I found rather convenient. Our neighbors are very nice (some even offered to help carry in some larger items with us), and there seems to be a good number of disabled residents here, so I assume the ground floor units are accessible. The kids are really nice and my son's already making new friends.

Overall: This is a very casual very friendly community, the apartment (3 br) is well appointed, and the staff are very accommodating. I'd say that we're really going to enjoy living here. Of course, if anything changes I'll come back and update.

What a crock!! This is laughable. I say that there is a VERY GOOD chance someone from the office at Audubon wrote this review. I would'nt put it past that witch Linda as the one who did it. Yes, they are that slimy. STAY AWAY from this apt complex!
