I have lived in these apartments for just a few months. The apartment that was shown to us was very nice and clean. We get to the move in date and noticed that our apartment smelled like urine, the carpet was stained to all hell, the windows don't completely close, the blinds were broken, the bathroom door didn't lock and light bulbs were not changed. They state that the room is cleaned before move in, but here is no way our carpet was cleaned and they did not pay anyone to clean before our move in date. On top of that, it took 3.5 weeks to get a new light fixture. When needing maintenance, don't plan on anything less that 3 weeks unless there is an emergency. The staff is rude and looks down on you. They are not there to help but just there to take your money. Our water bill is roughly $100 and we have to pay for the sprinklers, other people's bills (they take the average of all your size rooms and that's your water bill), and the washer water (which you have to pay to use the w/d anyway). We have nice neighbors, but it is very loud during the day and it starts early in the morning. We also at one point had a stalker, and the apartment complex did nothing about it.

Wow, I could've written this same thing a few years ago when I lived there. Same thing happened, I got shown a very clean and new apt then after I signed the lease, I was taken to a dump. The carpet was awful, it reeked of urine and it looked like they had worked on motor engines in the apt. The office staff was just as bad. They really need to be taken to court over their "bait and switch" approach. I feel sorry for anyone who looks at this complex.
