Beware From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have been a tenant for a couple of years here. Since the onsite manager was "let go" and a management company took over, the building has really gone down hill. A neighbors pitbull had attacked another tenants dog, and nothing was said. Rent payments get lost often, and late charges are applied. If not paid, you go to court. Union station bar is right across the street, so be prepared to deal with noise of the motorcycles all hours of the night.
