Austin Park Apartments are the first apartments I have ever lived in and the transition from home to on my own would not have been so easy if it weren't for Susan (the landlord) and her assistant Jamar. They have both helped me with any problems that have occurred the same day. The apartments are roomy with lots of kitchen cabinets, a nice sized living room, dining area, and the bathroom has built-in-shelves for towels and extra bedroom sheets. There are nice sized closets in the bedrooms with phone jacks in each as well. There is a hall closet, nice for vacuums, mops, and those winter coats. There is a pool, bar-b-queues, and the grounds are kept up very well. There is an abundance of parking and the spots are close to the entrances of each building. The location of Austin Park Apartments is very convenient for UCCS students. The halls are always kept clean and have the smell of gardenia. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking. It is very affordable and a very comfortable place to live. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
