nice, for a cheap price

Ver bare bones apartments. Has a pool open in the summer. Fairly cheap but the rent is going up. About 650 for a 2 bedroom. Nieghborhood is mostly ok, the apartments next door are a little sketchy though. Management is awesome. Very nice and works hard to keep place reasonalbly clean and fixed up.
