Susan and Mark are extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. They have always been receptive my needs as a resident, from my initial move-in, to transferring to a larger unit. Repair issues are always addressed with a sense of urgency and completed as quickly as possible, often the same day.

The apartments are fairly spacious and nicely laid-out. The kitchens are very small and not as functional as I would prefer, but that's just a matter of taste. The buildings seem well-constructed for their age, but the owners should invest a little more in improvements and upgrades. Inside noise is minimal, and the walls seem thicker or better insulated than most. Outside noise is more of an issue, due to the fact that the windows are old and decrepit.

The courtyard layout is beautiful, and the property includes a picnic/barbeque area and an outdoor swimming pool. The lawns are very well-maintained.

In my opinion this is not a premiere property, but the managers have always treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like I was living in first-class accommodations. This is not the best neighborhood, but I wouldn't think of living elsewhere, unless it was to buy my own house. People like Susan and Mark make living here worthwhile, and are the best assets this property has to offer.

Update 4/27/08 The new property manager, Kevin, and his service staff, are very good to work with. From what I've observed so far, they are just as dedicated to tenant customer service as the previous staff.

You and I agree and have lived on the property about the same time. I think if you treat people with kindness ,like Mark and Susan you get kindness. thanks for your reveiw, I hope others see it and rent here.
