when we first moved in our manager Susan was awesome. she has since been moved to a different property and things have gone downhill since. five nights in the past week i have come out to find that someone has gone through my car looking for things to steal, even though the stereo was already stolen a month ago. if the sun is down then you can almost always see a drug deal going on outside your window. there is broken car window glass all over the parking lot so I am not the only one having a theft problem. for the price the apt. itself isn't bad, utilities aren't more than $80/mo. lots of nice people live here its just too bad that crime and drugs are so previlant in this neighborhood. i am moving because i have 2 children under 5 and don't feel safe living in the neighborhood. being late to work because you have to jump start your car because the theif left the door open and the battery died really sucks. on our end of the apartment complex noise is a real issue. it seems everyone in this part of town has a super stereo and wants to let everyone know at all hours of the night.
