I moved out on my own when I was 16, and this was the first place I lived. I actually moved out for about a year, and then moved back in for a second time. I liked it. They have the best office staff of any apartment I have ever lived, even those that cost 3x as much. They will always try to help you and work with you however they can. Maintenance issues are always fixed promptly. It was on the small side, but it was perfect for me because I was just starting out. It is also convenient to just about every major road in Colorado Springs. When I lived there I thought that it was a very safe neighborhood for the price. There were some issues in other apartments across the street, but we never had a problem. They are very affordable places, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive place, or anyone who is just starting out.
