It's a good place, although it has it's flaws...

I live at Bella right now and have for several months. It is true that parking is rough, but then again, most apartment complexes have the same issue. One big problem is their inability to clear the ice from the parking lot. In the lease it says they will clear it 24 hours after the snow has fallen, however, it's still icy after several days. Also, if you have pets, it's nice they allow them, but sad they force you to pay $400 deposit (200 of which is non-refundable) along with $25/month pet rent. Isn't that what a deposit is for''' It is quiet living here, and I even have people living above me, which is the true test. My utility bills are minimal and the location of Bella is fantastic. Also, while the walls might be thin (you can tell when your upstairs neighbor has flushed their toilet or is running their water), I can never hear their TV or radio. The management is good, too, despite others' ratings of them. Overall, a pretty nice place to live, and better than many complexes around town!
