Parking here is terrible. And I mean terrible. There is not enough open parking for the complex to hold up to their end of the lease agreement and they don't care. There used to be curbs that were not painted and people would park there but the complex is so money hungry that they painted them "no parking" trying to force residents to pay outrageous fees to rent covered parking. This is enough for me to warn potential renters to look elsewhere. If I knew what I know now I would have never signed a lease here. This and a few other problems like the fact that if you get college kids renting above you that pee off the balcony onto your car, throw empty beer bottles off the same balcony at cars and light fireworks off said balcony they will do NOTHING! as long as they pay rent that is all they care about. DO NOT RENT HERE! It is a nightmare! Dont even think about trying to get them to fix things that quit working like your dishwasher or furnace, they will not do it and come up with tons of excuses. You've been warned!
OH....Ive heard that management tries to figure out who has written these comments and get them back, I say go ahead and figure it out!

I have lived here since the begining and I can tell you that any curbs that are painted now have always been painted and I can tell you that the fees for carports here are a lot less than what my friends pay elsewhere. I have lived in a few apartments over the years and let me tell you, this place is wonderful. They really try hard to make your time here comfortable which is why I have stayed so long. If you are this unhappy here you will be miserable anywhere. Maybe the problem is with you rather than the complex.

Parking is still horrible. They are supposed to add a few additional parking spots, but I dont know how it will help a few of the residents on the other side of the complex.

happyrenter00001 is so obviously a staff memeber, we lived there since '03 and the curbs were not painted in fact the day they were painted my friend came over at night and parked on the curb like she usually did and got a ticket. So you couldn't be more wrong. If your not a staff memeber then which one of the girls in the office are you sleeping with, I think you're the one with the problem, it's called multiple STD's!
