I constantly hear my upstair neighbor stomping and pacing back and forth like a captured wild animal all night long. The construction is so shoddy that sounds like an elephant should be living above me when, in fact, it is a small sized female.

Horrible construction with no noise reduction steps taken and little to no insulating material.

Most of the positive reviews are written by the management staff themselves.

Keep driving past this place.
