Bella's management team is competant, professional and friendly. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Fabulous location! In addition, my neighbors are very nice, which is a plus.

LOL, another sad attempt by management to make what we all know as one of Colorado Springs' worst apartment complexes sound like it's great! Hey and you know if it's so great then why are you submitting it anonymously? Use your name! So sad Bella Springs, you suck!

I don't work for the management company -- just another tenant who prefers to remain anonymous, so I don't get harassed by someone who disagrees with me. I'm sorry to hear your experience has been negative, when mine has been so positive. Wish you more happiness at your next residence.

You guys are pathetic! Maybe if your messages didnt sound so scripted you could get away with it. ATTN: BELLA SPRINGS MANAGEMENT! your gig is up! everyone knows your complex sucks and the "management" likes to write in as "happyTennants" to offset the overwhelming majority of negative comments. That and you guys need to adopt a more profesional appearance! my example is the young lady with the jeep, is this a night club for fat chicks, or a place of business? In my opinion the way to fix bella springs issues would be to completely replace the management with people actually quallified for this position. Maybe if your in luck a blind genlemens club might be hiring to pass your time.
