Management does not care about you AT ALL! Very poor customer service.

I have lived at Bella for 3 years, and during my last month here I decided that I would need to go month to month, due to timing issues with the people moving out of my new place. I contacted ----- (property manager) in writing, personally and over the phone about this, and everything seemed to be fine. Just the other day I called with a question about my apartment next month and to my astonishment the girl acted like I was crazy and told me that my apartment had already been rented and that I needed to be out by April 30th! I have given them god knows how much money during a 3 year period and have never been short or late with rent, and they treat their residents like this!!!!'''' Not to mention, every time I try to call and talk to -----, she is either on the phone or with someone else or out of the office and one of the other dumb blondes tells me she will call me back asap, and guess what' She hasnt returned ANY of my calls. NOT ONE. EVER. Talk about being blonde (all of them are) or really really lazy and not giving a ----. Thanks for leaving me with 2-3 weeks of no home, Bella. I would never live in another one of these properties and if you expect to be treated with respect, Bella Springs is NOT the place to live.

Sounds like things haven't change since we moved out of our apartment there..Thanks to Bella Springs, we were homeless ourselves after they wouldn't allow us a few more days stay due to the closing being delayed on our house. And, I doubt your apartment is rented as they say it is, cause no one wants to live in Bella Springs anyways, given all the poor ratings and horror stories that have been posted on this site.

I am sorry you are in this situation, however I do not think blame should be placed on the management. You would have had to give them written notice to vacate, or else by law they would not have been able to rent your apartment. You admit to giving written notice. I am sorry that did not work out for you. I have signed that form myself, I know what it says. However, I was lucky enough to renew after giving notice, but ONLY because my apartment had not been rented. As much as your situation is unfortunate, it is not their fault. You took the chance, and it did not work out for you. They didn???t cause you to be homeless. You made the choices, they should not be held responsible for your actions. I find it funny that you are so upset by the property manager not being able to return your phone calls. This is a huge property, and she is probably a very busy woman. I have always been able to have my questions answered quickly and accurately with one of the girls in the office. They always call me back when they say they will. Next time you should try talking to the girls in the office, they would probably be able to give you the personal attention you obviously need. When was the last time you were in the office? They are not all blonde. How is anyone supposed to validate your opinion when it is so exaggerated? Once again, I am sorry you have to deal with this, but I believe your anger is not justified. Now someone else can come and enjoy Bella Springs because they are able to see the good and not just focus on the bad. Actually, I would give out my apartment number if I wasn???t afraid of crazy, angry people putting a brick through my window. Take some pride in your community and realize not everyone who enjoys the nice environment at Bella Springs works in the office.

HAHAHAH whoever wrote this is hillarious. It seems you have way too much time on your hands to have written all of this. I think that my 3 years of living at Bella justifies me to express EXACTLY what happened here. Just because you like Bella and all of your fancy whatnot is fine and dandy doesnt mean my experience was the same. Like I said, I am 100% justified for every single thing I said. HAHHAH a very busy woman...right. ITS HER JOB TO CALL YOU BACK IF YOU HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HER. You should probably quit thinking that you know what your talking about. I loved Bella Springs while I was there. It is beautiful and I think highly of the complex as a building...but people wise? PLEASE. And they are not all blonde?...oh Im sorry the color of DUMBASS must have been blinding me. And yes, It does seem a tad strange that that last post DOES sound like someone from the office at Bella...WIERD!

I was told I could have 30 days and a 3 day notice was put on my door. These people are selfish and inconsiderate and I guess they read these and try to justify themselves instead of fixing their problem. I think Griffins should replace the Manager!!!!!

The manager is never there or is always unavailable. Bella Springs is NOT the place to be. The place is highly overrated. Executive Living..I think not.
