You know i've read all these reviews and it all seems like the main prob is the trash situation and the office staff. I've only lived at bella for a few months now, but i have lived in apts for the last four years. and all i gotta say is Hats off to Bella. Everyone here is whinning about trash. but who is the result of all this trash' THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE. How can u expect the maint staff and office staff to pick up every little piece of trash that these disrespectful residents throw on the ground. And i'd have to take my hats off to them for having curb side pick-up. I dont think i've ever seen any apt community have that. So as far as the trash situation look at yourself and try and take pride in where u live. Dont throw your trash out from your car, and when u set ur trash bag out tie the damn thing up so it dont blow everywhere. And dont be so friggin LAZY WALK DOWN TO THE TRASH AREA AND PUT YOUR OWN TRASH IN THERE. As far as the office staff goes every property has that prob. Every time i would call and wanna speak to the manager she was also busy, i just got over it. I mean i just took a step back and looked at the situation, is it really needed that i talk to her' prolly not cause if everyone called and wanted to talk the manager bout stupid stuff then they would never get anything done. You cant expecet everything to be perfect in the apts, there APARTMENTS not million dollar homes, the people that are moving in there they dont give a crap what it looks like when they move out cause they dont have to clean or fix it. So all i gotta say is suck it and stop being such a whinny baby about the stupidest things.

I agree, you are an idiot. Whether or not it's a million dollar home, you pay rent to make sure that stuff is taken care of. You should go apply for a job in the office because you're as dumb as all the bimbos in there.

HA HA! Anonymous (Third one down) you sound like you have been that poor bastard that has to clean up apartments. Maybe if you guys didnt act like A-HOLES people would clean up and take care of the place. If you want residents to "clean" up their trash, maybe your corporation should clean up the trash they have working for them.

Was this written by management? If not wait til you need something and you will find out. And after 2 or 3 yrs of living here and having stinky trash to deal with it will start getting on your nerves unless you are just nasty!! It is managements job to resolve issues and they should get dumpsters live everyone else! Yes the trash is gross and the management sucks! Yes the manager is nice to your face (fake) and delegates the opposite of what she says to her young girls that are called leasing "agents". Management is bad and such a shame for this gorgeous complex. I hope this gets changed, really not fair. I am sure there are great candidates for management positions.

Your right i WAS a poor bastard that worked in apt maint.. thats why i got out cause of people that live here at bella and many other properties. I agree they should get dumpsters but the only prob is where are they gonna go? the parking is already limited. i mean things arent perfect here and if anyone finds a place that doesnt have any of these probs please free to let me and all the other renters know.. i'm just speaking from both sides i have been in this business and have also been a renter. not many residents see what the maint staff gets put thru, hey this person took a healthy ---- and is to dumb or lazy to plunge it go plunged it for them. hey this person didnt tie up there trash bag or just threw there fast food garbage out by their car go pick it up.. its alot of BS to put up with what they pay.. When i leave for work and come home i do see the maint riding around picking up trash. All i'm sayin is take a step back before you Bit*h about all the probs. Cause you could very well be apart of the prob. and if your so upset about trash and noise step up and say something to someone..
