My husband and I currently live here at Bella Springs and are getting transfered to another state with the military. One of our friends suggested that we go this site to check out apartment reviews to where we are moving, which made me think of looking at Bells Spring's ratings. We were both shocked to see the unhappy comments about the property and staff. We have nothing negative to say at all and in fact we have referred some of our friends to live here also who have also enjoyed living here. I guess this site proves that there are some really nasty people out there who are unhappy with themselves and want to try to make others unhappy too. So if you are someone who actually takes the time to read the ratings on this site we would like to say you would really enjoy living here at Bella.

Once again, just because you have had a happy and good experience at Bella does not mean that everyone else had. To each his own as with everything else and it has NOTHING to do with being a negative or nasty person, and definetly has NOTHING to do with being "unhappy with themselves." That actually cracks me up! Just because you had a good experience and also happen to be in the military (shocking) doesnt mean that everyone else did or is in the military. Just like everything else in life. Glad you liked it, I didnt and will stick to my well formed well reasoned opinion thank you very much.

People will usually go out of there way to provide negative information and yet when they have something good to say it goes with out saying anything. I have manged properties in California and refuse to do it anymore because you get tired of dealing with the idiots.. everyone always wants something special and/or more. They are never satisified yet they chose to move in there, they signed and agreed to all the lease terms which they complain about later they didnt know. I'm glad to see your good review, cept on here.. usually the good reviews are from the manager or a friend of.
