I was the manager for 1 month at Bluffs West Apartments. If that tells you anything. I could not believe how bad this place was. (do to poor Property Managment-Wells Asset-Kent Wells). Whom, by the way is not the owner and his Brother owns the property management company. Kent just works there. He would not repair or replace ANYTHING!! We were not aloud to spend any money for the property ($0.00) ever!
He wanted me to show vacant units that smelled so bad of cat urin you would gag.
Parking is great because they have 15 vacants out of 54 units. That's when I quit! He is nothing but a slum lord..
From what I heard they fired Kent and things are starting to improve. Lets hope so it couldn't have gotten any worse.
