This place is awful!!!

The manager does nothing but hit on the cute young tenants, he is such a skeeze. The apartments are in such horrible shape, I still don't have heat and I reported it back in december. Nothing ever gets fixed. One of the buildings constantly floods and now the entire building reeks of mold.
