SO FAR I DONT HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT BLUFF WEST. ALL I KNOW IS THAT THEY WENT UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. THEY ARE TURNING THE APARTMENTS AROUND PAINTING THE BUILDING'S, HALLS, REPLACING THE CARPET IN THE HALLWAY'S. FIXING ALL THE LIGHTING ON ALL THE BUIDING'S THE NEW MANAGEMENT ARE HERE ON THE PROPERTY SEVEN DAY'S A WEEK WORKING DOING GROUNDS, PLANTING TREE'S, PAINTING, CLEANING PARKING LOTS. THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY BAD IS MY WINDOW BROKE AND IT TOOK TWO DAYS TO FIX IT.
