I have lived here nearly long enough to fulfill a one year lease. It has taken the landlord 8 months to fix a hot water leak in our bathtub. You may as well piss on the carpet and call it clean. It has become a nice motel for the mice, which by the way, has 5 kids now, so our neighbor says. It has been nearly 2 months now since I have told the landlord our dishwasher has stopped working and hasn't been fixed. I had to fix our garbage disposal myself, since the landlord refuses to come and take care of it. And, by the way, the landlord sure has balls to tell my wife while fixing the hot water leak "I told your husband that I'll fix your apartment when I have the time to"... C'mon Larry, 8 ------- MONTHS!!!! Still to this day in our bathroom, he has yet to install any kind of towel racks in our bathroom!! We have to use the back of the damned toilet! We pay $600/mth on rent and pro-rated gas for a 2 bedroom crap hole! And pay utilites on top of that... and we don't even get our own washer/dryer hookup'! WTF!! What do I get for my money' We look forward to taking the property owners to court to get the $6000 plus back we've paid to live with such grief. I have a wife and two girls under that age of 2. The swimming pool has been green ever since they filled it up for the summer! I highly recommend Candlewood, Fir Tree, or Kingsborough Apts any day before I'd suggest this dump!!
