I have lived in these apartments since 10/2007 at first it was ok but in the last months the manager has not done any repairs. It seems unless you are a young female
willing to flirt and whatever with the manager nothing gets done. I have watched this place go for ok to down right crappy. There is no one to do the repairs other than the manager AND HE DOES NOT CARE. The manager is never in the office and if you call the number for managment all you get is a answering machine and no call back. i would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. this place is disgusting and not fit for people to live in. As soon as my lease is up Iam gone, the only reason I remain is because if I move before my lease is up the manager will go after me in court. that is the only way this place can get money what they do with I do not know and do not care.
