I live here since February 2009. Apertment complex recently went under new management, they keep it clean. There is 24 hr maintence hotline now. New manager is very nice young lady, I like her a lot. Can't say anything bad, it's good location near Garden of the Gods. My apartment is spacious and has a fireplace. Well, if you guys want to pay $700 for an apartment, then you can move to another place. I pay only $595 for 2 bedroom, I think it's very reasonably priced.
