I've lived at Bonterra for a little over a year now and I have to tell you, I love it. I see all of these reviews on here and I don't understand where they're coming from. The apartments themselves are huge, very large living areas and bedrooms. It doesn't feel like an apartment at all. The noise level is practically non-existent and the office and maintenance team is always very prompt and efficient. I love living here at Bonterra and I can't imagine ever having to leave. :)
