We were foolish enough to listen to a so called friend without researching this pit. The wall are as thick as a cereal box, goons above us stomp, romp, jump, you name it we hear it. Sometime we awake in the night thinking the roof is about to cave in. Lived here a year, never did get a screen door which was requested for the patio the week we moved in. Have called the police in a wasted attempt to curb the noise. They love renting to college age kids and hoods. We lived ground level, and the punks above let their dog on the patio all day, only to uirnate down to our patio. When we brought it to the attention of management, they said "have them clean it up." If you love uneducated high school drop out types, the management staff is your dream team. The maintenance staff is waisted half the time, so the grounds look as if a trash truck flipped over. Section 8 says it all. Cars vandalized on a regular basis. Tires slashed, logos broken off of cars so thugs and make necklaces. I would recommend living on the street in a card board box before moving into this dive. So much for listening to friends.
