Maintenance problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Trash stays on property for long periods of time. The old maintenance would pick up trash every morning. The new management cannot replace lightbulbs. They cannot keep exercise equipment repaired. The pool is leaking water. The fence around the property has been is failing down. The appliances are never checked. The air vents have never been checked. The fire deptment should check the wiring. The pictures of the property are much better than the real item. The property has gotten very bad and the rent is still the same without any positive results. The steps in the buildings are leaking rust streams and have been repaired about 3 times and never replaced. The rusted parts are left under the stairs and stepped into the rocks under the stairs. The landscape at one time was like the picture it is now longer the same. Every business always shows the best pictures to make you come and see once you are already in the state. The stoves and air conditioners are still mostly the same as years ago. Most of the refrigerators are old. They have never checked electrical wirings that always blow the switches if you connect just a few large devices. The doors look like they were kicked in at one time. There are nails in the rocks from the roofs that were repaired. I know its hard to believe. Some of the apartments have flooding in strong rains. Check the decks and the inside carpets. The vents according to thier own records have never been cleaned without A REQUEST. Mold spores grow in dirty filters and vents. Its easy to make money and do nothing for indoor up keep of apartments. Check in the corners near the lights for lots of spiders. Last but not least the flumes have not been cleaned and can build up to produce a fire.
