I have lived in Briarglen Apartments for a year. I have had several good experiences with them. While I have been a resident, the rent for my apartment has decreased. They also offer great incentives for those of us renewing our leases.
I agree that noise from upstairs neighbors is bothersome, but nothing that can't be tolerated.
Since I have lived at Briarglen, the residents with pets have been good about picking up after their pets.
I also agree that the parking spots are small, yet they are covered and you don't have to pay extra for them as I have seen at other complexes.
In my one bed/one bath I have a washer and dryer that is in great condition. It seems practically new!
The maintenance staff could be better. They get things fixed, but not in a timely manner.
The neighborhood is in a good area, if you enjoy being close to Chapel Hills Mall. The access to I-25 is very convienient.
