I was showed a model that was very nice, Then after I paid my deposit I asked to see my apartment and they said I couldn't. The day I moved in after signing my lease they I saw my apartment. It was nothing like the model. It smelled, the carpet was dirty, the appliances do not work well and I have a drug dealer living below me. Basically, I was lead to believe I was going to live in a nice place based on the models and actually the reality of the property is that it is really unacceptable. The office staff are marginal at best and really doesn't have a clue about anything but making themselves feel important.
