I RENTED AN APARTMENT BASED ON THE SHOW APT, AND FOUND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. THE CABINETS IN THE MAIN BATH HAD DOG CHEW MARKS AND THE DOOR HAD LARGE SCRATCHES. THE KITCHEN COUNTERS CAME OFF THE CABINETS. THE CARPET WAS DIRTY, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE IT SHAMPOOED TWICE. WHEN AN ITEM NEEDS REPAIRED THEY DRAG THEIR FEET. I ENDED UP CALLING THE COMPLEX OWNERS IN DENVER TO GET SOMETHING DONE AND I STILL DON'T LIKE THE PLACE. THE DOG OWNERS DON'T PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS.
