Briarglen Apartments

BEWARE!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003 1 response   We lived there for just over a year and this place sucks! The place is a dive with garbage everywhere and dropouts running through the courtyard as well as working in the office. We wanted to move so I went down to the office and asked (just to make sure) when our lease ended. They told me June (although it was actually July) so I started looking for another place to live. We put our deposit on another place and gave them our 30 day notice. I was advised (from the same dropout that had originally told me June) that she was not responsible for the mistake that she made and that our lease was not up until July. Needless to say, We ended up paying for that entire month that we were not living there (although they had already rented it out) and we did NOT get our deposit back. What more can you expect from dropouts that work there only to make themselves feel like they are someone special. Get a LIFE!!
