i lived in briarglen in 2002-2004... IT was my first apartment and at the time will say yes there were some negs and positives. (what apartment complexes dont.Management at the time was to blame!)rent was low and utilities were cranked and not as expensive as other reports im reading about. The new management now is being run by someone who had to start from the bottom and work her way up to managing the sister complex to managing briarglen ...Most would have to agree since her move to manager and the new owners it has improved dramatically! The apartments look even better...The new manager is the type of person who strives to improve her property with what she can and then some!Just because someone puts pride in there work and doesnt cut corners doesnt mean they are trying to feel important! There doing there job!

How do you know so much about the new manager, you don't even live there anymore? BUSTED. Hopefully you are just pretending to have bad spelling so you don't give yourself away. Good try though.
