I recently moved in to this community and wasn't expecting much sinse I just had a bad experience with my last apartment complex. Usually your forgotten about once you move in and if you complain about anything your usually dubbed as an annoyance. What impressed me was after I moved in one of the maintenance guys stopped by to ask me if everything was ok in my unit. I told him that there was only a few minor things and that I wasn't going to even say anything. He made sure to get me a sink stopper, that was missing, right away and lubricated my front door with out me even asking. I wasn't expecting that. What really blew my mind was that when he was leaving he actually picked up my trash bag,that was by my front door, and threw it away for me. He didn't ask or even look back. It was like that was the expectation or something. That never happens. You don't see that every day so I give this complex a 5 star. Especially sinse it's an older property and I wasn't expecting that.
