THE WORST APARTMENT BUILDING I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a good tenant who paid everything ontime, very quiet, and never gave any problems. After one year with this apartment I REFUSED to renew my lease. I would rather pay the moving expenses to move somewhere new then EVER deal with those people again. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager does NOT care about people at all!! She never had any time to discuss issues and did not treat me like a paying customer. I complained for months about the SAME maintenance issues and they were never fixed properly. The apartment was not clean when I moved in. I was VERY UNHAPPY with the apartment office on several occasions.
TAKE MY ADVICE......DO NOT RENT FROM THE BRIARWOOD APARTMENTS IN DENVER, COLORADO.
