All the positive reviews on here are written by management, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

First don't believe anything positive you read on here. We originally moved here because we liked the fact that it was gated. And sure, it's gated alright, but whats the point if you don't keep it closed' It's not because of the weather, that's for sure, considering it stays open most of the day DURING THE SUMMER! Yeah, and someone has tried to break into both my apartment and my buddies apartment a couple doors down. When my buddy told the girl at the front desk about the attempted break in, she told him not to tell anyone because they didn't, "want to scare of potential customers." Whatever. I hope it scares you off.
Oh, and the exit gate broke a couple months after we moved here. Every time more than one car would go through the gate it would get stuck and a loud, annoying alarm would go off...at all hours of the night. So we figured no big deal right' Just call maintenance and they'll take care of it. Remember those positive reviews' So a week later, with little to no response from management or maintenance, someone finally came out to fix it. Except, they didn't fix it. And to make matters even better management thought they could call my wife and I liars to our face. Oh, and every time we would call they would say that no one else has complained about and this is the first they heard of it. Really' Cause I remember talking to them both in person and over the phone about it multiple times already. Oh yeah, and so did ALL my neighbors. Six weeks later it was finally fixed.
The apartment looked fine when we first moved in, but the ----- is always in the details. The floor in the hallway has a literal sink hole. The vent fan in the bathroom made it a whole 30 days without sounding like an F-16 trying to get off the ground. The closet doors are crap and poorly built. There is about 15 coats of paint on the walls. That "textured" appearance isn't intentional. The towel rack is falling out of the wall. The best one is the soap dish in the shower: It fell off one Monday morning. So I went to the office to inform them. They weren't there because they decided it would be a good idea to send their ENTIRE STAFF (maintenance, management, and that bimbo front desk girl) to go get drunk in Denver. Anyway, there is now a massive whole in our shower and my wife and I couldn't shower until the next day (late afternoon) because we didn't want to risk getting water on the 2x4's that support the building because it will cause them to rot. They were already in the process of rotting when I looked at them BTW. Hence the sink hole in our hallway.
So out of all this stuff that has needed to be fixed, the only ones actually fixed is the shower soap dish and the front gate despite multiple requests for the other items. Oh yeah, the washer/dryer system is a piece of crap. The dishwasher won't hold more than one meals worth of dishes, and doesn't clean them anyway. The apartment is so drafty we decided to put our own weather stripping in. It's as drafty as a convertible on the highway.
Long story short, don't move here. Especially if you're military. To break the lease you have to give them orders a minimum of 30 days out. Yet this is an arbitrary requirement that is against the Soldiers and Sailors relief act. I.E. It's against the law. Do not, under any circumstances move here.
P.S.- They just came out with a policy saying they will no longer accept credit/debit cards to pay rent because "it's too expensive for them." Just shows you exactly how cheap they are. Oh yeah, how could I forget: As others have said PARKING SUCKS! Sure, you can park a quarter mile away, but that gets real old trying to bring up a load of grocery's in the snow.

Wow! It seems like you are djust ticked off and trying to make things here seem terrible. I have lived here for 2 years and loved it. My apartment is gorgeous, and all the staff is awesome. I have never had to wait more than 4 hours for maintenance, and the community itself is really well taken care of. I did agree abou the parking being a problem, but that has since been taken care of. Don't listen to this guy, if your interested, come see how nice these apartments really are. I love them.
