I stayed at the apartments for 3 years and problems gradually got worse, first of all the maintenance man fixes your problems with heat,water,etc, problems at his convienence not your, and when you find your carpets infested with ants, that too is fixed at there time and if your not home when they come to spray for the ant infestation every 3 months you have to pay the landlord $50.00 for not being there. Its a pain to have lived there, especially if your in the military too,with weeks away doing missions and the management plans something last minute you end up with a bill under your door, plus the office manager is very inconsiderate and should learn some customer service skills.

I had planned to move into Broadmoor Villa Apartments. Upon calling I found out they were having a "Special" move in for the cost of $250 deposit, no application fee, no additional rent for the month and you were to get $250 off the rent in January. So I filled out the application and was called and asked to put down a $500 deposit and all this had to be paid before I could move in. Then because they broke what they said had the never to want to charge a $35 application fee to get a refund back. Never will I ever.
