I've lived here for almost twelve months. I was going to move out but reconsidered when I saw changes. A few months ago a new manager came in with a new maintenace
man, I cant believe it but they actually care. The office is now open during office hours and the manager is actually UPBEAT and HAPPY to help me when I come in (this is a change) and the maintance man only had to come in my apartment to fix a leaky sink ONCE. To make a long story short, before I would have said do NOT move here but now I've even sent a friend to live here (and was sent $200 for the referal) If you're looking to live somewhere that is quiet, clean and worth your money, move here. This place is so quiet there are real live deer that lay around on the grass. Coming from Chicago that is unheard of.
