Getting better. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   Nicole is really making improvements here at Broadmoor Villa. The first 3 managers I had poor experiences with, but lately things are definitely picking up. The improvements to the property are appreciated.
