Broadmoor Villa Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The apartments look very nice when you walk though them, but when you take a closer look they are very poorly remodled! My windows do not all lock, my sliding glass doors is off track, the paint chips very easily, the new door handles, and other door hooks fall off all of the time, and there are a number of drafts throughout our apartment! There is nothing for small children to do! They are not allowed to ride bikes, and such things, and there is no play area for them. The parking is somewhat a problem, but that can be over looked. I would not recomend anyone that I know to live here! We just moved in, and we have already begain the count down for our lease to be up, so that we can move!
