Broadmoor Villa Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived in the Broadmoor Villas for one year. My lease was up in December 2006. I ran and didn't look back. The customer service is horrible, even with the new management. My air conditioner never worked, cold drafts from every window and door, never any parking, never a response from maintenance, no hot water between 8-10am, no water about once a month,and crack heads running around every where. I think the requirement to live there is breathing. LISTEN TO WHAT I SAY - DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE, YOU WILL THANK ME.
