I moved in to Camelback Point in July 2007 and I love it. One of the main reasons why I chose to live here is becuase of the office staff. The property manager is such a sweetheart. The maintenance staff is also great. If I ever have a problem with something, it's fixed the day after I tell the office. Another thing that I love is that they are very dog friendly. My dog loves going to get the mail becuase they have dog treats in the office. She also loves running around in the field that is just behind the complex. This is a GREAT place to live!

I lived there for over three years, and the office never had any treat except few weeks during the summer when they were running specials and wanted to deceive new visitors. It seems to me this is a staff member trying to increase the rating for this complex. I have never seen anyone experienced in lying as Camelback staff. Do not be fooled by this. There is hardly any parking after 6pm. There are two treadmills in the GYM, and only one is working occasionally. I have seen three apartments completely wet from a defective fire system in less than two weeks. You can never install any dish anywhere. They will say: “no problem” before you sign the lease, but once you sign it, they will say: “Sorry we do not allow it". And believe it or not: you will hear doors slamming on hourly basis. Do not be deceived. This is a very bad place to live.

You know Khalid, one has to question yor sincerity given that you lived at camelback for over 3 years- so miserably- and that you don't allow anyone else to have an opinion. I challenge you to revisit the property and see for yourself how it truly is. Such bitterness can only be doing yourself harm- as I believe most others can see through your vicious comments.
