A very badly managed and smelly apartment. Broken glass, broken wood, dirty carpets and shady characters hovering around the place makes this place really dangerous.

There is a cop car every other night at the place. There have been breakins, robbery, abusive neighbour fights, u name it, u'll find it here. The apartments are also very badly maintained and they fall apart.
