Casa Del Rey Apartments

New Management is Less than an Improvement From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The only reason I am still here is because I can't afford to move anywhere else at this time. I've been here awhile and since the new manager took over I've not been too impressed. The laundry is FILTHY and we, as tenants, are expected to keep it clean. I agree that we should do our part but there was a time when the floors and machines were wiped down daily. Since she's taken over I've never seen the laundry room clean. This is a HUGE disappointment. I renewed my lease because I was told some improvements would be made to my apartment.. I'm still waiting and it's almost time to renew the lease again. :(
