Nice location, but older apartment! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Top floor gets really warm in the summer! Any cold weather my steam radiators made LOTS of noise, sleeping with ear plugs was always necessary. Tough to have stay over company... Don't run a powerful microwave and anything else powerful-- you'll blow a fuse. But location was great, overall quiet, new windows are nicer than the old ones.
