Cascade Park Apartments

Amazing find downtown! From: cwatsouth04 Date posted: 8/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 6 photos   My first choice for an apartment in Colorado Springs. The staff is very nice, always willing to talk, smiling and understanding. The maintenance team is great and is always on top of things. Very fast to fix problems. The grounds are very well maintained and well lit. I have always felt very safe living here. There are two main buildings, the Mansion and the Hotel. Each building is very unique and all of the apartments are different. There are some things though to consider before moving into this unique complex: First off, this apartment complex is not for those looking for amenities and extras (clubhouse, fitness room, pool etc...)there is a laundry room on site in the hotel but that's about it. The apartment doors in the hotel are interior doors so they do not stop noise very well, but the walls are very thick and all the apartments have new noise resistant windows. Last but not least, being a historic building, there is no central A/C, so in the summer, the apartments can get a little hot. But it's nothing opening a window and putting a fan in it wont solve :-).
