This is the best Rat hole in town!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   If you would like to live with shot outs between gangs, lots of honking horns all night from the junkies looking for ther dealers then this is the place for you. Management has changed 4 times in a year!! They fired the good manager due to the fact that he was cleaning the place up. The good maintance guys quit due to all the crap going on here and the fact that they weren't allowed to fix things right. I wouldn't live here if they paid me. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
