I have been there for almost 1 year just because I couldnt afford to live anywhere else- the majority of the tenants are --------, working at Mcdonalds or with no jobs at all, living 13 in ONE studio, in horrible conditions, making a lot of noise and not keeping clean. It's full of cockroaches and even though I have tried to spray my place, they would keep migrating and circulating from others...
Not the place to move unless you are really in dire straits. There's a lot of noise, parties, police interventions, violence and what not... --------- always knocking on your door trying to sell something, or sleeping on the hallways after having parties outside... I always wondered what the handyman thinks of all the destruction around- shattered glass, doors knocked off the hinges, cigarette put out on carpets, trash everywhere- what did they think other than the people are scum- Those who had to clean and pick up all the crap-
Dont move out there unless you are really pressed for money- and even with that, theres similarly priced places that are more decent. Be sure to have 911 on speed dial if you do move in-

you are right, you know i tried to get the gazette and they said they would not deliver to cedar creek. Wow thats bad, i have tried spraying too and it does not matter. i was in what the manager called the better unit hate to see the others.
