I had a 2 bedroom apt in the building facing chelton. The noise was insane, fire trucks at all hours, -------- blaring tejano music in their cars with 6x9 speakers in the rear window all night long. Gunshots at least once a month from the club accross the street "la jazz affair" The heating sucked and was always on. Bug problems, poor managment kept our deposit and charged us extra even though the apt. was in decent shape when we left. It is super ghetto there.. dont move in less you want to be miserable for 12 months.

I was across from the 7-11. There were police there all of the time. The people across from me always had their door open, smoking pot with their kids running the halls.
