I had moved back to colorado in a hurry. I needed a place to live immediately. A friend of mine moved in here and said that they cleaned up a lot and that it was an ok place to live. Boy as we are finding out, we were dead WRONG.

Of course we moved in before we really needed the heat, however, my air conditioning does work. So I boiled in my apartment for the first couple of weeks i was there until it started cooling off. Until just a few days ago we had a bizzard (october 26, 2006) it got down right fridged in my apartment so i turned on the heat and went to bed, covered in 3 blankets. I awake the following morning for an appointment with it still being colder in my apartment than outside! Absolutely ridiculous!

On top of the no heat thing, my refidgerator leaks, and i can't tell where it is comming from.

My toilet doesn't flush, except maybe every 10 attempts to flush it and they knew about this when i moved in almost 2 months ago!

I see bugs everyday, including cockroaches, which crawl up from out of my sink as well as everywhere else, beetles, and HUGE Flyes. They are supposed to come once a month and spray and put down this powder. First of all, they only spray, second, They never showed up for October!

I have the noisiest neighbors imaginable. I live in the middle floor. It sounds like they are stomping around up there. I have complained 4 times since i moved in about them and the office told me that i was probably hearing sex noises. Um no. I hear their music at all times of the day through my ceiling. Also, people run up and down the halls screaming and yelling at all times of the day and night. (I work graveyards and sleep during the day)

The office staff doesn't do much and a lot of the time they are "away" from the office. I have complained and told them they need to fix things several times with no luck!

As if this wernt enough, the last time i complained about my air conditioner, they finally sent the maintence guy to "fix" this. He turned it on and told me to put my hand right next to it and said see it works, its getting cold. But it wasn't blowing any air! He said he could replace it, but that the unit he would be replacing it with wouldn't be any better than the one i had and that if i wanted one that worked that i would have to go buy my own and he would put it in for me. NO WAY.

I have 10 months left on my lease and I say NO MORE! I refuse to live in these kind of conditions! I will be breaking my lease and filling suit.
