Just went and signed a lease at this place. The reviews here seem out of date. There is a new manager and the apartments have cleaned up a lot since '05 times. No sign of bugs, apartments themselves were very clean. Little noise in complex period. Mostly hispanic / white mix. No credit checks and only cares about non serious crimes (extreme violence/ sex offenses).
